My book rebuilt with far fewer pages than before

If your book suddenly comes back much shorter than it was — a few dozen pages where it used to be a few hundred — check the period first: open Select the time period to be printed and confirm the start and end dates are still the ones you wanted, because a rebuild can land on a narrower range. Then open Choose Content and check that the content types and albums you want are still ticked.

If both are already right, the book has been rebuilt from an import that came back incomplete on Facebook's side, and that is not something you can fix from the editor. Open the book, copy the link from your browser's address bar and send it to help@mysocialbook.com — that link identifies your actual book and lets our technical team look at what came through rather than guess.

In the same email, please also point out a few of the posts that are missing. Not all of them — two or three examples are enough. For each one, tell us what the post was and add a screenshot of it as it appears on your own Facebook page, with the date and time visible. Send the link, the examples and the screenshots together in one email: that is what lets us match what you can see against what reached us.

Your book stays in My Library of Saved Books meanwhile, so nothing is lost while we check.
